Randi Armstrong, Owner
Randi has a degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University. She holds certifications with NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), AFAA (American Fitness Aerobic Association), CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and Scirion Institute of Exercise Physiology. Randi has been personal training for 20 years. She has worked with clientele at all fitness levels. She works with athletes, post rehab patients, seniors, handicap, and those just want to stay in shape and feel better. Randi is a former competitive gymnast and marathon runner. She has completed several long distance bike rides, bi-athlons and mud runs. Randi currently trains for mud runs and weight trains on a regular basis.

Jerry recieved his A.C.E (American Council of Exercise) certification in 2000. He began his love for fitness at age 15, this is when he began bodybuilding. He continued bodybuilding for 15 years. He also played football through high school. Jerry specializes in sport-specific training, bodybuilding, and strength and conditioning. He was involved in Martial arts for 25 years. He now uses his Martial Arts background to teach Self-Defense classes. He is available for evening and weekend training.
Chelsey Krummel, RD, LD
Chelsey Krummel is a registered and licensed dietitian. With a passion for health and wellness, Chelsey empowers her clients to improve their nutritional well-being and experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Chelsey’s approach is unique in that she focuses on behavior modification individualized to each client’s lifestyle, needs, and readiness to change. She specializes in helping clients achieve long-term weight loss which emphasizes long-term lifestyles change rather than a quick fix or fad diet. Chelsey’s philosophy is all about balance and moderation- there is no such thing as good and bad foods. She believes that a balanced and varied diet is the key to overall health and wellness. Using evidenced-based nutrition therapy, Chelsey is also available to counsel patients with conditions such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, High Cholesterol, Elevated Blood Pressure and various other conditions.
Chelsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Dayton and completed her dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic. She currently works with Akron General Health and Wellness Center as well as consults with several other companies. Her position involves nutrition counseling for weight management, disease prevention and fitness, community education/outreach, corporate nutrition lectures, and weight loss program development.
Devontae is the owner of Final Finish Fitness and a certified personal trainer. He attended Kent State University where he played as a safety on their football team. An athlete throughout his life he participated in football, basketball, baseball, and track & field. Devontae believes that if he can help just one person achieve their goal image then his work is well worth it. Thankfully his goal is to help as many people as possible.
Devontae is taking personal training clients and instructing dance aerobic classes. Classes are held Monday and Wednesdays at 7 pm, as well as Saturdays at 10 am and 2 pm at Armstrong Health and Fitness. To reserve your spot call 330-835-7027.

Andrea Nelson is
a Zumba® Fitness instructor who began her Zumba® studies in 2008 and became
certified to teach in 2011. Akron born and raised, Andrea is a graduate of
Walsh Jesuit High School and The College of Wooster. She is currently the
Business Manager for CyGem, ltd. by day and a lead blogger for Compassionate U
in her spare time. In addition to Zumba®, she enjoys organic living, training
at Armstrong Health & Fitness, yoga, outdoor adventures and loving life.
Sarah has a B.S and M.S in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo. She holds certifications with ACE (American Council on Exercise), Turbo Kick®, PiYo™, Hip Hop Hustle™, and Spinning®. Sarah has instructing group classes for four years and personal training for almost one year. Sarah’s favorite workouts include Turbo Kick®, Spinning®, Insanity®, and Lifting.
