Fitness Assessment and Body Fat
Testing
A fitness assessment will be
performed to evaluate your
measurements, body fat, flexibility,
strength and cardiovascular levels.
These tests will establish a
baseline for your training and goal
setting and will be evaluated
throughout your training.

Sport-Specific Training
Designed for both Teens and
Adults to achieve your best by
performing exercises that are
designed specifically for your
sport. Each workout will be
customized with exercises designed
to improve specific areas of
strength, speed, conditioning and
flexibility needed to perform at the
optimal level in your sport.

Core Training
Program designed to improve
posture, balance, and help with
daily tasks. Helps with injury rehab
and injury prevention. Key to any
individuals increased strength.
Helps you learn that the body works
as a unit.

Teens
A non-intimidating approach to
improving strength and
cardiovascular health. A program
designed to teach teens how to
exercise safely and learn techniques
to last a life time. Every session
will be supervised by a certified
trainer.

Adults
Enjoy the pleasure of working
out, feeling great, losing body fat,
weight, and inches. Individual and
partner sessions available with a
certified trainer. Each program is
set up to meet the needs of each
individual. Experience the luxury of
exercise in a private environment
without all the disturbances of a
health club. Take-home workouts also
available upon request.

Pre-/Post-Natal Training
Learn exercises you can safely
perform during each trimester. Your
training will ensure that you are
strengthening/stretching the right
muscles in preparation for your
delivery. It will also help you
achieve a quicker recovery after
your baby’s birth.

Seniors
A safe and effective program to
increase your range of motion,
strength, and endurance. Each
session is private and
non-intimidating. The program is
designed to make everyday tasks
easier, as you build strength from
working out with your very own
certified trainer.

Session
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute
sessions. Partner training is
available for those who would enjoy
working with a friend or family
member.

Results Tracking
Your trainer will re-test you
throughout your training to assess
progression towards your goals. He
or she will also track all of your
progressive information
(measurements, body fat,
weight/reps, goals), so you will
have a cumulative look at your
progress.

Phone/Email Coaching
A customized program is developed
for you. An educated trainer follows
up with you via email or phone to
check on your progress and helps you
set future goals. This alternative
works great for persons who want the
expert advice and follow up of a
trainer, but prefer to complete the
exercises on their own.

Nutrition Education/Meal Planning
We can help you discover the
components of a healthy diet while
learning how you can achieve optimum
health and increase your energy
level by eating the proper types and
amounts of food.
